Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Job descriptions

  • Gather managers interested in the program flexibility

  • Partner with DEI recruiting to fill roles

  • Create pathways for interns that are fit for a department specific role.

  • Help facilitate, problem solve, and make adjustments throughout the semester.

KPI’s:

  1. Increase Department Involvement with each semester.

  2. Reach out to X Diverse Orgs/Schools/Clubs per hiring period.

Goal of Program: To offer underrepresented individuals a chance to gain knowledge and experience they may not have had access to otherwise. The program provides accessible, meaningful work through a flexible schedule that gives the individual insight into how a marketing agency works. With weekly and monthly projects, the intern can contribute to department and client specific goals, while gaining personal and professional exposure and experience. Further, the intern and our teams can progress both marketing and team-building skills, which creates a pathway to a department specific internship if suited for it.
