POC Turnover and New POC Kickoff Process

Who This Applies to: GDs + ADs + AMs

What’s New:

When the main point of contract with the client has changed (either left the company) or a new superior has entered the partnership, expectation is for the AD and AM to curate a summary of performance + current service recap to be completed and presented to the new point of contact.

In the meantime, the AM/AD/GD will be responsible for:

  • Creating a new POC onboarding deck (AM + AD with GD oversight)

    • This does not need to be a full report, but a high level summary on goals/how we're pacing, current channel mix and strategy, new channel recommendations.

  • Scheduling an onboarding meeting with the new POC (AD + GD)

    • Goal of this call is to understand their primary objectives, build rapport and trust, help them understand the strategy and what we have planned for the partnership.

  • Sharing the deck with the new POC following the call

  • Scheduling monthly 1:1s with the new POC (AD + GD)

Note: Please work with your GD on the deck template as you can pull from other Partnership to Date decks and consolidate the information based on what they recommend.
