QA process for the PR & Affiliate teams.

The goal is to have all client facing work reviewed by someone else on your team OR a senior member of the department (Sr. Strat or above) to ensure there are no errors in what we send to clients.

Main things to look for when QA’ing:

  • Grammar

  • Spelling

  • Context/Storytelling

  • Correct Data/Information

  • Consistent Formatting

Documents that should go through QA:

  • Client emails

  • PA’s

  • Reports

  • PR Plans

  • Messaging Docs

  • Press Releases

  • Strategy Decks

  • Pitches

  • Forecasts

  • Paid Placement Proposals

Reporting QA:

  • Monthly Reports

    • AM Review: Exec Summary, Review Strategy Slides, etc.

    • AD Review: Final Review (Ensure there is context provided behind performance dips and what the strategy is looking ahead)

  • Weekly Reports

    • AM Review

    • AD Review: As needed

Technical QA:

  • Network Tracking Issues

    • Submit support ticket to reach out to rep

Deliverables Timelines:

  • Forecasts: 3 business days

  • Strategy Decks: 3-5 business days

  • Email write-ups: 1 full business day

Deliverables QA:

  • Pitches

    • Strategist Ownership

    • AM Review (AD Final Review as needed)

  • Call Recaps/Next Steps

    • AM Ownership
