Programmatic QA Process

QA Process should be utilized in 3 different scenarios:

  1. New client onboarding (month 1) - Account QA for setup

  2. New client onboarding (month 1) - Campaign QA for restructure

  3. New media types / campaigns launching - i.e. CTV, Seasonal Campaigns

Instructions:

  1. Programmatic lead to develop campaign structure for Ad Ops team member to build/traffic in selected DSP

  2. Ad Ops team member to duplicate the QA template doc (Programmatic Launch tab) and fill out the appropriate column with campaign info

    1. Link your campaign structure to QA sheet

    2. All red text should be customized to the client by the Ad Ops Team

    3. “Person Reviewing” (lead strategist) column should be checked off to confirm all settings are accurate

    4. Please ensure all docs to be reviewed are sharable

  3. Once filled out, ad ops team member to create an Asana task and assign to lead programmatic strategist for QA

    1. Estimated turnaround time of 48 hours

  4. Once QA is complete, lead strategist to confirm campaigns can be pushed live. Any issues will be flagged in the asana task for updating prior to launch.
