Follow this process to get a second set of eyes on your launch before you set it live!

Paid Media QA Process

QA Process should be utilized in 3 different scenarios:

  1. New client onboarding (month 1) - Account QA for setup

  2. New client onboarding (month 1) - Campaign QA for restructure

  3. All clients (ongoing) - Automated/Scheduled Rules

Instructions:

  1. Paid lead to duplicate the QA template doc and fill out the appropriate tab

    1. All red text should be customized to the client and QA #1 column should be checked off to confirm all settings are accurate

    2. Please ensure all docs to be reviewed are sharable

  2. Once filled out, create a new task on the QA asana board and assign to the relevant team members:

    1. Account or Campaign QA = Emily PeGan

      1. Estimated turnaround time of 48 hours

    2. Scheduled Rule QA = Katrina Rawlins

      1. Estimated turnaround time of 24 hours

  3. Once QA is complete, the Asana task will be assigned back to the original lead and campaigns can be pushed live. Any issues will be flagged in the asana task for updating prior to launch.
