Pre-Travel Request

  • Before you officially submit your travel request, please ensure your dates and the agenda/itinerary for your trip are 100% solidified.

    • IMPORTANT: Once the requests are submitted and approved by JT they will be automatically booked.

  • Travel requests must still be submitted at least 30 days out or it will be flagged as out of policy.

Travel Request Process

  • You will need to have an account on Egencia’s site to submit a request.

    • If you need an account please reach out to Joce.

  • All travel requests will be submitted on Egencia.

  • You will need to choose the flights/hotels/trains that you want to take for your specific trip along with the hotel.

    • This is super important - once JT approves your trip these will automatically be booked

  • There will be additional questions to answer when submitting, like business reasons for travel, who you plan on meeting with, MGP (if applicable) and if you will need an entertainment budget.

  • If you have multiple people traveling for one meeting EVERYONE will have to submit their own request with their own flights/hotels/trains etc..

    • Add everyone who is traveling into the comment section at the end of the submission

    • Please do this all on the same day

  • Always select JT as the approver

    • Joce will support when/if needed but it should always go to JT first.

  • Once you/your travel team has submitted your requests please ping JT and Joce via slack

  • When your trip is approved by JT, it will automatically be booked and confirmations will be sent to you via email and will be able to be found on your Egencia profile

  • If your travel needs to change for whatever reason please contact JT and Joce before changing any itineraries so we can gather cost information.

  • Power Digital has hotel rates at specific locations around our SD and NY offices. Please try and use those hotels/rates if you need to be by our offices.

    • San Diego - Carte Hotel

    • Boston - CitizenM North Station + Back Bay
