Paid Media PTO Process

Follow these steps when planning/submitting your PTO requests

Follow the below steps when planning/submitting your PTO requests:

  1. Enter in PTO tracker for relevant month

  2. Submit request in ADP - FOR ANY TIME OFF REQUESTS THAT ARE LONGER THAN 5 BUSINESS DAYS, MANAGERS MUST SEND A SLACK GET APPROVAL FROM ALEX.

  3. Add all day event to google calendar (Leah - OOO) and invite paid media alias as well as AM/ES from accounts

  4. Add block on your calendar during work hours (OOO)

  5. Duplicate and complete OOO plan checklist

  6. Post OOO plan in paidmedia-ooo channel

Coverage Plan Expectations:

  1. Must be completed 3 business days before OOO and approved by your manager

  2. Follow company template

  3. Asana tasks are mandatory for point of coverage. If coverage person only needs to check budget pacing, there should be an Asana task for that. DO NOT just tag your coverage lead in the plan and list out action items.

    1. Recommended to reassign workflow to coverage or create a new parent task with subtasks for coverage needs. Example here.

  4. Link Asana task(s) in coverage plan.
