What is the purpose?

Our Team Member Referral Program is essential to Power Digital’s continued growth. We place great importance on referrals because we trust our team members know what’s best for our company. We believe that smart people know smart people.

You are encouraged to check our open positions on the Careers Page and consider your networks as potential resources for referred candidates.

This referral program is designed for you to recommend people you know well and can vouch for both their skills and how well they fit into our company culture. Make sure the candidates you refer are your close connections and you're confident they can handle the specific role you're suggesting them for.

Who is eligible?

This Team Member Referral Program Policy applies to all full-time team members of Power Digital Marketing, excluding those at the Vice President level and above, recruitment personnel, and managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates.

What is the commission structure?

If your referral is hired, you will receive $2,000 USD in commissions on the first pay period after 90 days of employment if you reside in the US or LATAM, and $200 USD if you reside in the PH.

How do I refer someone?

Submit your team member referral by completing the Team Member Referral Form found in Command. Due to the high volume of referrals, we are unable to provide updates on each referral in the process, however, you will be notified once a hire has been made based on your referral.

Additional Rules?

  • The referrer must be employed at Power Digital at the time the reward is due to them

  • If two or more team members refer the same candidate, the commission will go to the person who submitted the form first

  • Prior to your submission, a Power Digital recruiter or hiring manager must not have been in contact with the candidate to discuss a position opportunity within the past six months

  • The candidate must be hired as a full-time team member. Contractors, interns, and part-time team members do not qualify for the commission. However, if you refer someone to be hired into these roles and they convert to full-time, you will then be eligible to receive the commission after 90 days of their full-time employment

What do we look for?

  • Growth mindset

  • FITFO - problem-solving ability

  • Innovative mindset

  • Challenge yourself & your team

  • Go above and beyond day-to-day role / responsibilities

Power Digital Marketing is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against protected characteristics. We guarantee that all candidates will be given the same consideration and will pass through our established procedures.
