Organic Seeding

  1. Add creators to Tagger campaign and mark as hired

  2. Update sheet here with details + email Melissa to start monitoring

    1. Must have ~48 hours advanced notice

  3. Melissa will mark the checkbox once Tagger is tracking

  4. PDM owners are responsible for removing expired creators & notifying Melissa

  5. Tagger can monitor up to 100 handles each month

Campaign Set Up

  1. Run Campaigns > Add Campaign > Enter Details

    1. Project = Brand

  2. Navigate to Projects (in upper left corner)

    1. Find & Select Campaign

    2. Creators > Add Creators > Add

    3. Select All > Mark as Hired

  3. Influencers MUST Opt In

    1. See email templates above

FAQ’S:

Connected Accounts

  • Influencers must have a green circle next to the platform logo we are monitoring for

    • Yellow means they are not connected, Red means they do not have a business account

    • They will be active in Tagger for 60 days

  • To turn green and fully track, send opt-in link noted above

Calculating ER% (through Signals Report)

  • Tagger recommends pulling a Signals Profile report to get a more accurate depiction of a creator's engagement. You are also able to gather data outside of the 90 day threshold

    • Navigate to Signals > Profile Tab > Enter profile you wish to review > Edit Report > Start Date End Date (If you want to view outside of 90 days)

  • Compares the same type of profile (i.e. brand or individual), category, & same audience tier

  • In Signals Report, you can compare Sponsored ER vs Organic ER

Creating Signals Reports (Gender, Occupation, etc.)

  • To generate a report based on specific occupation, gender, etc. you'll want to run a Custom report in Signals.

  • Enter your details

  • Go to +Add More Parameters

  • Choose Gender, occupation, etc.

Campaign Reporting Metrics

  • Here is a cheat sheet for all you need to know surrounding reporting metrics in campaigns. You'll be able to see what is being pulled in through the API, what is pulled in when a creator authenticates, and what you'll need to input manually.

Adding Multiple Pages in Reports

  • You are able to create a report with multiple pages. You'll have to delete the sections at the bottom within the report if you are using a template or build a new template and then select "Multiple Pages"

Organic Follower Growth

  • Here is a signals report that I created for you in which you can create a copy to make your own report and input the brand you would like to track follower growth on. You can also find it in your Signals reports in the Power Digital account

Campaign Import Validation (from MightyScout)

  • Migration template csv is saved in Tagger Resource folder on drive

  • It can take Tagger up to 2 weeks to import all the information depending on how much data needs to be migrated.

    • Template Rules

    • Platform Info must be in URL Format

      • There must be info in one of the first five columns (IG, TW, YT, FB, TT).

      • Even though all other columns are optional, we ask that clients fill out as much info as possible as this helps build out Profiles to be more robust

      • Data cannot be abbreviated.

      • For example, abbreviations for States, Countries, Gender, etc.

      • Category info must map directly to our taxonomy on Platform - HERE

      • If adding more than one Label, please separate using a semicolon

Opt-In Language for Contracts

  1. Influencer must connect their respective social media profile(s) ie: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc. through the Tagger platform for campaign-specific coverage and data tracking. Granting access to Power Digital Marketing allows for automatic tracking to private metrics like Story impressions and more.

    1. Further, Tagger utilizes a content and data tracking system that includes API approval from all major platforms. Access is ethically given to Power Digital Marketing for campaign content and data tracking purposes only. Data will not be distributed or shared for any purpose other than the campaign stated.

    2. Your Tagger access link will be provided upon contract signing.

Views vs. Impressions:

  • Views:

    • Specific to video content on Youtube & TikTok. How many times a video was viewed.

  • Impressions:

    • Specific to Instagram Content. Number of times a piece of content is seen, not deduped to individual people. For example, if an individual sees the same picture twice posted, 2 impressions will be displayed in IG insights.
