Status Updates & Production Timelines:

  • Review current production timelines, deadlines, and Asana workflow updates.

  • Identify any delays or last-minute requests and implement solutions for smoother execution.

  • Ensure all content is properly updated and aligned with content calendar deadlines, i.e make sure the deliverable tracker is updated

Performance Insights & Updates:

  • Strategists bring platform updates/ info as needed

  • Producers should be bringing platform best practices/updates

  • Provide visibility into content performance metrics to inform creative decisions.

  • Share monthly reports or screen-share Sprout Social insights for:

    • Top and bottom-performing content.

    • New creative formats to test (e.g., comment responses, stitch videos, industry trends, product showcases, longer formats).

  • Align on adjustments needed to improve content engagement based on performance data.

Brainstorm - Strategic Alignment & Testing Goals:

If the producer isn't client-facing, the strategist should also bring any relevant client updates, requests, etc

  • Producers and strategists are bringing ideas for the next month/quarter

    • Set quarterly organic testing goals based on client objectives and product launch timelines.

    • Ideate creative testing strategies, ensuring execution aligns with evolving platform trends.

    • Identify opportunities for cross-platform experimentation between TikTok & Meta.
