Paid Media Budget Master Process

3-4 days before EOM

  • Jonathan to clear budgets from most recent month tab

  • Jonathan to make sure all client names in month tab are updated to what is in “current month” tab to ensure budgets pull in from funnel correctly

  • Jonathan to send out cleared budget sheet to the team so they can start filling in

1st day of new month

  • Jonathan to send out sheet to the team again to fill in any missing budgets

  • New “Budget Info” column must be filled out by strategists for each account

Throughout the month

  • Mondays and Thursdays:

    • Before each screenshot pull: filter out accounts that are “Unlimited/Based on Performance” in Budget Info column (G)

    • Diana to check in on pacing and share updates about any accounts that are over- or under-pacing in the #paid-media-pacing-updates slack channel

      • Filter column H in “Current Month” tab by color

        • Filter by red and send a screenshot to the channel for overpacing

        • Filter by blue and send a screenshot to the channel for underpacing

      • Strategists will share in thread of messages if there have been any budget changes that aren't reflected in the sheet

      Diana to remove all filters from the sheet after posting so that managers can look at the sheet themselves
