Submit a Request for Team Member Access:

  • Click here to submit a request for Team Member access.

  • Once you submit your request, you will be added to our partner account.

  • You will be notified via the support ticket once you've been invited to our partner account.

  • Follow the steps outlined in the confirmation email.

  • Ensure to set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) as it is mandatory for accessing all our client accounts.

  • Once your account is set up, you can access our partner accounts by logging in at shopify.com/partners.

Adding a Client to Our Partner Account:

  • To add a client to our partner account, submit a request for the client to be added here.

  • Upon receiving the request, we will invite the client to our partner account.

  • You will be notified via the support ticket once the client has approved our request.
