Granting PDM Access to TikTok Ad Accounts
Share your ad account ID (different from your Business center ID) with your PDM team, as well as the email of the ad account owner.
If your ad account is owned by a Business Center, share the email of your Business Center owner instead of the email of your ad account owner.
Once both the email and ad account ID are shared with your PDM team, PDM will proceed to request access.
Within the PDM Business Center, select “Add Advertiser Account,” and select “Request Access.” Enter in ad account ID, and then select “Admin” access permission. Enter email of the ad account owner that was provided.
The ad account (or business center) owner will receive an email, as well as a notification in the ad account, prompting them to grant access to PDM. When the request for access is received, click Accept.
Note: Only the owner of your ad account can accept the request access invitation. If your ad account is owned by a Business Center (Business Center that created this ad account), it will require the Admin of the Business Center to accept the request access invitation.
Once access is granted and ad account appears within the PDM Business Center, select “Assign New Member,” and add correct email as an admin.
Once access has been granted, notify your PDM team and they will confirm that access was granted.
