What’s New:
All changes (manager, department, title/role) must be added to the System Change Request Form
When a team member is receiving a promotion or new role, that team member will receive and sign the Job Description of that role from HR
HR will send the promotion letter and job description to the Manager
Manager will present the promotion letter to the team member getting promoted
HR will send via DocuSign the paperwork for the individual to sign
