Final Steps for Promotion or New Role

Who This Applies to: All Managers

What’s New:

  • All changes (manager, department, title/role) must be added to the System Change Request Form

  • When a team member is receiving a promotion or new role, that team member will receive and sign the Job Description of that role from HR

  • HR will send the promotion letter and job description to the Manager

  • Manager will present the promotion letter to the team member getting promoted

  • HR will send via DocuSign the paperwork for the individual to sign
