  • Full time U.S. team members


Expectations & Preparation

  • Evaluate schedule and workload to coordinate time off with your manager


Timeline

  • Request VTO at least 2 weeks prior to the volunteer opportunity if possible


Steps

  • Find a local volunteer opportunity and sign up to donate your time

  • Coordinate time off with your schedule and your manager

  • Request a volunteer verification letter or community service letter from the organization

  • Reach out to HR (Casey Egan) via Slack with the VTO request and the verification letter

  • Casey will apply the VTO hours to the payroll
