What’s New: Weekly expectations and updates for nova Account Measurement Dashboard

Reminder: The Account Measurement Dashboard needs to be updated EVERY MONDAY!

This dashboard provides a birds-eye view of where all accounts stand overall - overall health of account from performance to rapport. Comments within the task provide status updates allowing all other team members from Power Digital executives, account strategists, and other departments to identify at a quick glance what the account status is. This data also feeds into the novaCommand churn report, providing executives with more insight.

Here are the 4 “cannot miss” updates required every week:

  • % of Resign

  • Client Rapport

  • Pacing to Goal

  • Dropping in a Comment

    • If the status of each of the fields did not change from the previous week, I need you to leave a note in the comment sections saying “All fields are up-to-date & accurate.”
