The person responsible in completing the list of task would be the whoever the Amazon Onboarding Lead is. This is usually the Amazon Organic Strategist and should be assigned at the time the contract has been announced.

  1. Mark client "Lost" in client tracker

  2. Unlink from Pacvue

    • **Needs to be done as soon as we aren't using Pacvue to optimize ads anymore, otherwise our department will continue to incur unnecessary expenses**

    • Ping Joe Selzer to disconnect client from Pacvue with date of desired disconnection.

  3. Unlink from Intentwise

    1. Log into Intentwise (login info shared in LastPass) and navigate to Account Management in the bottom left corner, then click Accounts.

    2. Use the filter to search for your client account(s). In the status column, switch any Active accounts (green check mark) to Inactive (red β€œx”)

  4. Delete any repeating requests from Support Boards

  5. Update Churn Tracker

    • Fill out columns O (Churn Type), P (Reason for Churn), and X (Notes (add notes on why churn) in Resigns / Churn tab HERE

      • Reference Churn Reason Definitions to complete column P HERE

    • Be objective & honest - churned clients are learning opportunities. We can't learn if this tab is inaccurate.
