This document serves as a step-by-step guide and resource center for generating AI content using ChatGPT4.

Getting Started With ChatGPT

What is ChatGPT?

  • Product of Open.AI (Open.AI was founded by Elon Musk)

  • Visible “AI leader” but likely comparable to unreleased AI functionality from big tech

Generating Blog Articles

Note: Every client is unique, make sure to add unique information that is specific to the client you are generating content for to get the best output.

Resources:

What You Need to Get Started:

  • Client’s Content Calendar to reference the blog articles you’ll be generating

  • Client’s Google Drive folder you will be adding the blog articles to

  • Client’s brand guidelines/messaging docs for reference (if available)

  • Client’s website to reference

Instructions:

  • Use the Blog Generation Prompt for ChatGPT to generate your articles

    • Watch the Video Tutorial

  • Make sure your blog document follows our standard format (unless otherwise specified):

    • Include the Title Tag, Meta Description, and Keywords at the top of the document. (In some cases the url slug, depending on the client)

  • Include credible sources to support the information in our article

  • Generate a meta description for your article (if not already included)

  • AI Content quality checklist: Go through the AI Content Quality Checklist to ensure the content is of utmost quality

  • Ensure your doc is polished - Consistent font, sizing, bolded headings, etc.

  • Write your meta description - There are prompts in the Organic Search AI Prompt Library for meta descriptions

  • Optimize and Internally link your blog article

  • Reassign the Asana task back to the Content Strategist for review!


Generating Web Copy/Content Blocks

Note: Every client is unique, make sure to add unique information that is specific to the client you are generating content for to get the best output.

What You Need to Get Started:

  • Client’s Content Calendar or Keyword Map to reference the pages you’ll be generating copy for

  • Client’s Google Drive folder you will be adding the copy to

  • Client’s brand guidelines/messaging docs for reference (if available)

  • Client’s website to reference

Instructions:

  • Use the Content Block Generation Prompt to generate your web copy

    • Watch the Video Tutorial

  • Make sure you are pasting the generated content into the right document format - based on the strategist’s task instructions (if you’re unsure, check with the strategist!)

  • Ensure your doc is polished - Consistent font, sizing, bolded headings, etc.

  • AI Content quality checklist: Go through the AI Content Quality Checklist to ensure the content of utmost quality

  • Reassign the Asana task back to the Content Strategist for review!
