2) Be descriptive and specific:
The more detailed you can make your prompt, the better outcome you will receive.
For the most tailored outcome, try outlining your ideal audience, voice/tone, desired character count, product or company information (can be done through URL), etc.

3) Assume time for Trial & Error:
Don't give up if you do not receive the response you’re looking for in the first go! It's likely we just need to give more direction.
Example: ChatGPT gave you 10 varieties of a tagline for copy, however, they’re too long or not catchy enough.
Your response can look like this: “Please write these with a max character count of 70 and catchier”
Next: Continue to give direction to find the inspiration/outcome you are looking for.
4) Expect to edit/QA your outcome copy:
AI is not recommended for end-to-end creation within our org. We recommend using this tool to do a bulk of the work like brainstorming, leaving you time to edit the result to be in line with our client's messaging and strategy. We should always be putting the final touches on our outputs as we know the channel & brand best.

Think of the type of role that would be an expert in the task at hand. Prompt the AI to act as this type of person, outline their specialties/knowledge.
