The following document outlines the different instances in which you may need access to a DSP and the steps needed to determine how to gain access and if it is possible.

DSP access for a PDM team member to conduct an audit:

In this instance, PDM does not currently manage a client's programmatic media investment. Should an audit or appraisal opportunity present before we can proceed the client would need to provide PDM access. The following are a list of pertinent questions that must be asked to the POC on the client side in order to see how to gain access:

  • Do you have an existing Programmatic media investment?

    1. If yes then, identify the following:

      1. Is Programmatic being managed by an in-house team or by a managed service provider?

        1. If the investment is managed by an in-house team then we need to identify if they have a ‘hands-on-key’ solution and a DSP seat or if they are using a managed service provider.

          1. If they have a seat: PDM provides the names and email addresses of of those who need access and request the highest level

          2. If they use a managed service, confirm if access is able to be given. If so, follow the above step. If not, we would need to have a KOC with the managed service and see what level of access or reporting can be provided in order for us to complete an assessment

    2. If No, then nothing can be audited and a recommendation for programmatic will be made

DSP access for a PDM team member or client on an account in which Programmatic is offered as a service:

  • AM to gather email addresses of internal team members as well as external members that need access and provide to the Sr. Strategist (or Strategist) on the Programmatic team and they will help you gain access:

    • Access given to non-programmatic team members is Read-Only Access only.
