I’m locked out of my account. How can I get back in?
Send a slack to Bryn Larue letting him know that you are locked out. He’ll send you a link to reset your account.
Can I copy/paste passwords?
No. This is not a feature that is allowed in our policy.
I accidentally changed a password that is widely used. What should I do?
Make sure you update in LastPass right away and ping Bryn Larue if you are unable to do so.
