What's New: We created a brand new NEW Monthly Reporting Dashboard
How is this reporting dashboard different than the other one?
It is a simplified version β making it easier for the AM to own the reoccurring task each month & strategists will get assigned reports directly without having to go into the dashboard.
Why: The goal is to move all monthly reporting tasks AWAY from slack & only utilize asana for monthly report delegation, completion, and review.
Reminder/Actions for AM:
Conduct initial task set-up this week
Create the upcoming monthly report deck shell & link in the task
Assign subtasks to channel leads & add a report due date
