CRO
CRO is the process of enhancing the overall performance of a website in terms of converting visitors into customers or achieving other specific objectives.
This involves analyzing data, understanding user behavior, and making changes to the website to improve the likelihood of desired actions.
Our Methodology
We utilize a scientific model for brand scaling, identifying key leverage points in the product/customer funnel. Through rapid experimentation, we aim to 'move the needle.' This involves analyzing historical data, identifying correlations, and testing hypotheses for statistical significance. Our focus is on leading vs. lagging metrics, metrics with impact, steering clear of vanity metrics.
Challenge
Aims to enhance the effectiveness of a website by improving the rate at which visitors take desired actions (CR, AOV, Add to cart rate, among others).
Solution
By conducting thorough data-driven analysis, brands can identify friction points and drop-off areas in the user journey, allowing them to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
Through testing and optimization techniques such as A/B, multivariate and in-line testing, brands can experiment with different strategies, designs, and content to determine the most effective approaches for increasing metrics on fire.
