Step 0:

CP to assess if casting/new footage is needed for the upcoming month prior to delivery of upcoming month’s pitch.

Step 1:

The CP will reach out to whichever contractor(s) they want and will include Emily on the email

Things To Keep In Mind:

  • Please let them know what type of concept they will be shooting as they have fixed hourly rates and everything needs to match up!

    • EX: You will be filming 2 concepts they are a trending concepts about 10 seconds and a UGC style concept about 20 seconds

  • Please let them know in the email to let you know within 2 days

    • EX: if you are sending the email on the 1/25 (friday) they will have to let you know by 1/30 (Monday)

  • Please make sure that your outline is client-approved before reaching out to a contractor, if it isn’t approved yet and you need to reach out please let them know the outline isn’t approved but will receive their asana tasks once it’s ready

Step 2:

Once the contractor has confirmed interest and everything is confirmed Emily will assign their tasks via asana and will be tagging the contractor and CC for which parts they are in charge of

FULL ASANA BOARD:

EX OF ASANA TAGGING:

EX OF CONTRACTOR TASK

Things To Keep In Mind:

  • If looking for in office b-roll, please select “Power Digital Content Creation In-Office” and Emily will tag Georgia

  • the CC is in charge of creating a google drive and it will need to be placed in the filming & delivery of footage tasks

  • Emily is only responsible for creating the tasks, making sure they confirm everything on time and to answer any general questions that might come up about shooting, etc. - anything content specific will have to be answered by the CC on the brand

  • The contractors have 7 days to make sure raw footage only is uploaded

  • CC to review footage and send any revisions needed

  • Contractors have 3 days to upload any revisions once requested by the CC

  • Please mark off everything as they are being done even if it is before the due date

Step 3:

Once everything is all shot & approved by the CC please tag Emily in the last task and let her know the concept is good to close so she can move it to the completed section in the asana board
