Who This Applies to: All AMs and ADs
What’s New: Moving this out of Google Sheets and into Asana! The expectation is to fill out an Asana Form for any AM/AD account shifts, where we can better communicate within an Asana Board. AM/AD account shifts will still be processed in Command/Insights by the 15th of each month.
Reminder (if any): When a new Account Manager, Account Director, or both, is needed on an Account, the current AM or AD will need to fill out a Request Form. Any updates you need to make to requests or if you would like to track the progress, reference the AM/AD Account Transition Requests board in Asana.
IMPORTANT: All AM/AD Shifts need to be done by the 10th of the month at the latest.
