Who This Applies to: All Managers - including Executive team, VPs, Directors, Associate Directors, Managers

What's New: Current manager will need to fill out the Manager Transition Document for the new manager of direct report. Please keep this document private (shared only with you, the new manager, and the dept. head). Please walk the transitioning manager through the transition information LIVE. Please have 2-4 joint weekly 1:1s and 1 monthly 1:1 to ensure a smooth transition. Following that, it’s good to do quarterly check-ins with your previous DR to ensure a continued smooth transition.

Reminder: If you have a change in who reports to you or who you report to, please fill out the Manager/Department Change Asana Form.

If you or your direct report are changing departments, please also make sure the change is reported via the Manager/Dept Change Asana Form.
